Decision-making as a crew can be difficult when personality differences get involved. How the crew handles those differences can be a direct reflection of the risk-taking culture in place at their base. This course will present new data, recent accidents, and a personal perspective to help you understand why crew decisions can fail at the wrong time despite good training and safety awareness programs.
