Exhibit hall aisle signs are a prime opportunity to extend your company’s reach throughout the exhibit hall each day of the show. Attendees will be reminded of your company every time they look up to get their show floor location bearings.

Each year at HAI HELI-EXPO, the HFI Heritage of Helicopters display draws large crowds. After seeing the latest and greatest aircraft, avionics, and technology on the show floor, they enjoy stepping back in time to view an array of rare and hard-to-find helicopters of a bygone era.

Sponsor this year's HFI Heritage of Helicopters display and put your company's name in front of 18,000 industry professionals. Your company logo will be included on prominent signage in the display area, as well as in the HAI HELI-EXPO 2020 Program Guide. The HFI Heritage of Helicopters display will be open during exhibit hall hours, Jan. 28 - Jan. 30 at the Anaheim Convention Center

Your sponsorship donation will help cover the cost of fuel to fly in the aircraft, an expense beyond many of the owners, who are individuals and nonprofit or educational institutions with small budgets. Become a sponsor and support the preservation of our industry’s history!

We will be hosting a scavenger hunt on the show floor that attendees can participate in using the show's mobile app. Participants will be encouraged to visit sponsors' booths in order to earn points and win the grand prize. This is an excellent way for exhibitors to increase booth traffic and gather leads.

This sponsorship costs includes recognition in the show app.

Be the official sponsor of the water coolers on the show floor at HAI HELI-EXPO 2020. When thousands of attendees need a break from walking around the show floor, they’ll gather at the water coolers for a breather and a chat – you can be the one who offers them that little rest.

Sponsorship includes branding around the 6 water coolers featured prominatley on the show floor.

One of the most heavily-visited part of any event’s show floor is the restrooms. Take advantage of such important real estate by sponsoring the HAI HELI-EXPO 2020 show floor restrooms with special mirror clings featuring your company’s logo.

Sponsoring the Wifi is your opportunity to get an ad in front the 18,000 attendees at HAI HELI-EXPO 2020. This sponsorship includes a splash screen that will pop up when our attendees sign up for the free Wifi throughout the Anaheim Convention Center.  At HAI HELI-EXPO 2019 more than 5,000 attendees accessed the the Wifi. The Wifi sponsorship is a great way get your ad in the hands of attendees.

You Are Here Kiosks will be placed throughout the show floor to assist attendees in navigating the floor. This sponsorship is your opportunity to have your booth highlighted on the screen and to brand the 6 kiosks with your company logo.
