Day One will focus on establishing a single-pilot Part 135 operation or new Part 135 operation and navigating related pitfalls. Day Two will introduce knowledge required to manage day-to-day operations and make alterations or additions to the operational capability of a Part 135 organization, as well as how to manage internal staffing and the relationships required with the FAA.
