Successful management of a company requires knowledge of topics that commonly fall outside the scope of experience of most technically oriented helicopter management personnel. This course’s goal is to help maintenance personnel make the transition from technician to a management position. It covers managing a maintenance organization, including developing management skills, constructing a budget, maintaining inventory, and communicating with other departments. Current and aspiring maintenance managers will receive the necessary tools to serve their organization more effectively.
